Given the general disruption to daily life, and the likely wartime footing of local, state, and federal government, it makes sense to prepare several months of food stores and water sources. As well prepare for non-utility-based meal preparation and obligatory water treatment for potability. Hard to say if things here could get so bad, but it is wise to assume some disruption.

With physical and electronic disruption of imports and ground & air shipping, there are sure to be supply disruptions. Need more study to determine just which foods and resources are particular to production and import in the estern US.
